These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through VENA Skincare via our website (www.venaskincare.com) or through any authorized retailers or platforms where orders are fulfilled by VENA Skincare.

Returns and Refunds

At VENA Skincare, we want you to feel confident in every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact admin@venaskincare.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your request, and photos if applicable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

VENA Skincare reserves the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or cannot be verified.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact admin@venaskincare.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VENA Skincare is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or complimentary items
  • Items marked non-returnable at checkout

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please request a return for your eligible product and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Pricing Errors

VENA Skincare reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. This includes errors caused by system issues, incorrect listings, or invalid discount codes.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact admin@venaskincare.com and we will review the issue promptly.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Customers may select express shipping options at checkout where available. Some shipping methods may not include tracking.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. VENA Skincare is not responsible for delays, courier issues, customs fees, or additional delivery charges.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier first for updates.

If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. While we will try to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
