At Vena Skincare, we want you to feel confident in every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unopened

In their original packaging

In the same condition they were received
Because of the nature of skincare products, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please request a return for your eligible product and place a new order.
How to Start a Return

A photo of the product, if it arrived damaged or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the next steps.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@venaskincare.com
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Vena Skincare is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Order Cancellations
